Well, that was a long break.
For a lot of reasons.
Foremost among them: I didn't want running to mess with ovulation, especially after having had a miscarriage already.
Then, came the morning sickness of my 3rd pregnancy. And that's pretty much 2009 for you.
Now, it's 2010.
I'm 9 weeks postpartum and ready to do another Couch to 5k.
Right now, I'm sticking with walking before I go back to work in a few weeks.
Come Feb 1, I'll be C25k'ing it for the next 9 weeks.
(Wish me luck!)
P.S. Got a new iPod. . . once it arrives and is loaded with my new songs, I'll be set!

It only gets better... wait until they are teens (like mine!)... labor was easier! Good luck on getting back to running... it's a bummer to be out... but know that your little one is worth it - even professionals take time off to have a baby!
